Custom Retreats
Utilizing a coach to facilitate your business retreat will place you and your team in an interactive partnership and process that can assist you in
determining strategic vision and create more satisfying results with business
goals. I work with all types of companies, both for- profit and not- for- profit. As a result
of using a coach for your business retreat, your team will develop the potential to
actively engage in your business success. You and your team set the agenda and create the
outcomes, while I provide the structure and path.
As a coach, I am trained to listen and observe, to customize my approach to the client's
needs, and to elicit solutions and strategies from the team. I believe that each business has
innate creativity and resourceful ness, and that my job is to provide support to
enhance the skills, resources, and passion from your team that increase your bottom line
success. While I provide feedback and an objective perspective, the team is responsible and
in control of taking the steps to produce the results you desire. Although coaching does
not focus on psychological issues, I do have the skills necessary to lead a team through tough
conversations.
Possible focus areas for a custom retreat:
- Define your Organization's Vision
- Review Mission and Values statements
- Commit to Your Goals
- Manage your Reputation ( what do you want the community to know about you?)
- Grow Leadership Skills
- Get your Board on Board
- Recommitment and Health of This Organization
- Inspire Members to Grow Themselves
At Breathing Patterns Retreats, I create the space and set in motion the team’s energy
and direction. The retreat format creates the stage for examining what is working for your
organization and what is not. We can focus on a single issue or use the time
to vision and/or celebrate achievements. This experience is designed to move
your group to the next level of success. The act of going on retreat;
the process of stepping away from one's busy life in a spirit of connectedness, rest and
renewal will help your group to achieve your goals and objectives easier while also
building the organization 's leadership. Participating in a well-planned retreat can
help to create the synergy that will make your group more productive.
When you say yes to the gift of a custom business retreat, don’t forget to bring your
sense of fun and humor, an open mind, and a readiness to expand your body-mind-spirit muscle.
