Saturday, October 25 - Half Day
Harvest Woman VIRTUAL Retreat

I AM A WOMAN MAKING TIME FOR MYSELF

"I am a WOMAN who knows the value in being quiet and making time for me. I affirm that I am worth creating space for rest, reflection and renewal. I can see the connection between my personal foundation and the success of my LIFE, and so I make time this week for myself." -Coach Helene VanManen

What is a Virtual Retreat?

  • A Virtual Retreat is fun and easy because you don’t even have to leave home
  • The Circle will dial in at the top of each hour for around 10 minutes.
  • Plan to share where you are on this day and then return in the next hour to share your insights.
  • Use the time between calls to have your own retreat in a special place in your home, in the mountains, under water, or anyplace you can get to a phone

You and a close friend, daughter, mother, or a sister, are invited to join

    The format:

    • Come to the call at the top of each hour for somewhere between 5 and 10 minutes.
    • Plan to share quickly where you are on this day.
    • Receive your individual activity for the next hour
    • Return on the next hour to share your thoughts and insights about your activity
    • Use the time between calls to have your own retreat.
    • Although, you will receive an “idea” for an activity, this may result in something unexpected. It's that simple.

    How To Prepare:

    • Plan to be at home for these hours.
    • Set an intention for this day before you come. What do you most want to focus on right now? You can choose a word, phrase or quote. Write it down. Some possible ideas: Hardiness, Heal My Body, Reconnection to My Spirit, I Want to Listen, Celebrate My Journey.
    • Create a space for yourself that includes no phone calls or interruptions. Tell everyone you've gone away and are not at home.
    • Bring the following items:  a candle, your journal, some music, some of your favorite poetry or inspirational reading.

"...a personal retreat day is a step away from your busy daily tasks and allows you the space to dream, rest, create and just be. And if you think you don't have time to retreat yourself, then it's time you do!" - Coach Helene VanManen
