“Climb the mountains and get their good tidings. Nature’s peace will flow into you as sunshine flows into trees. The winds will blow their own freshness into you, and the storms their energy, while cares will drop off like autumn leaves” – John Muir

Join Coach Diane for this FALL celebration of the phenomenal gift of being a woman. By rolling the surface of Mama Earth underneath our feet as we walk through beautiful Castlewood Canyon, we can reconnect to our own divine, life affirming nature. As we reconnect to the natural rhythms and flow of the wonderful environment around us, we are able to re-connect to our own gracefulness and needs. This ever connected and dynamic relationship between woman and Gaia-the ultimate mother of us all-is powerful. Filled with a multitude of lessons and gifts that are helpful as we journey through our lives, it is unmistakable that we need to retreat to her embrace more often.

This retreat will take place outdoors, in beautiful Castlewood Canyon.

We will spend the day slowing down, connecting to ourselves, each other and the land around us, through a variety of exercises, reflective opportunities and deep sharing.

The day will culminate in a sacred circle where we will celebrate our
gratitude for health, healing, radiant strength, and the opportunity for self care
